Description

  • Assist customers on the usage of our SaaS solution
  • Provide services and training to customers
  • Provide technical and customer support by email and telephone.
  • Guide Partners, Sales team and Customer's on onboarding flow.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of products offered and the troubleshooting processes.
  • Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good command of the English language
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge and passion for Email, Cyber Security and Email Security
  • Passion for providing high quality customer service
  • Multitasking with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience working with B2B or enterprise customers.
  • Knowledge of Email Servers like Microsoft o365, Google etc..
  • Basic knowledge of UTM's and Firewalls
  • Minimum 2 Years experience

Working Days: Monday – Saturday ( Alternate Saturday Off ).
