- Assist customers on the usage of our SaaS solution
- Provide services and training to customers
- Provide technical and customer support by email and telephone.
- Guide Partners, Sales team and Customer's on onboarding flow.
- Develop extensive knowledge of products offered and the troubleshooting processes.
- Good command of the English language
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge and passion for Email, Cyber Security and Email Security
- Passion for providing high quality customer service
- Multitasking with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Experience working with B2B or enterprise customers.
- Knowledge of Email Servers like Microsoft o365, Google etc..
- Basic knowledge of UTM's and Firewalls
- Minimum 2 Years experience

Working Days: Monday – Saturday ( Alternate Saturday Off ).
